Bring your Jira issues into AgntUX and act on them without leaving your workflow.
This plugin checks your Jira projects every 60 minutes during weekday business hours (7am–7pm, local time) and surfaces the work that needs you — issues assigned to you, replies on issues you're watching, and work approaching its deadline.
When you spot an issue that needs action, use these five tools to respond without switching apps:
- Comment on the issue — Reply with full formatting.
- Move to a new state — Transition between workflow states.
- Reassign — Move work between team members or self-assign.
- Edit priority, labels, or summary — Update any issue field.
- Log work — Record hours spent.
